Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has recently released an official notification regarding revised exam dates for postponed papers. The exams, initially scheduled between 10-05-2023 to 13-05-2023, were postponed due to the political turmoil that ensued after the arrest of the former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
However, on 15th May 2023, the AIOU Department of Examinations issued Notification No. F.1-1/Autumn-2022/conduct. As per the notification, the ongoing exams for Associate Degree, BA, BSc, and B.Ed programs of the Autumn 2022 semester, which had been postponed nationwide due to the prevailing law and order situation, have now been rescheduled and are set to resume from 15-05-2023.

It is important for all students to be aware of the new dates. Therefore, they should make necessary preparations accordingly to perform well in their examinations. AIOU remains dedicated to providing quality education and maintaining a conducive learning environment for its students. Furthermore, on 15th May 2023, the AIOU Department of Examinations issued notification No. F.1-1/Autumn-2022/conduct, announcing the resumption of ongoing exams for the Associate Degree, BA, BSc, and B.Ed programs of the Autumn 2022 semester. Consequently, the exams have now resumed starting from 15th May 2023.
The exam venue, time, and issued Admit Cards remain unchanged for the revised dates. The notification has been sent to Deans, Registrars, Additional Directors, ICT, Director of Public Relations, PA to VC, and PA to the Controller of Examinations.
